At the USA basketball scrimmage tonight, Paul George broke his leg BAD. I was watching the game and they threw the replay up with no warning—I yelled HOLY SHIT at the tv. So if you don't want to see an uber gnarly injury, well, consider this your warning. I'm watching food network and going to Guardians of the Galaxy.

I made the mistake of looking at the video on the Deadspin article ... I've seen some gnarly injuries in my time, but that was probably the worst. Jesus Christ.

It was double compound, as I found out after they cut my gloves off and removed my jacket...
